Idea
Started
Before Acre Boyzz, land investing was never part of the original plan. Jay came from working for a sanitation company, a job that was physically demanding and took a toll on his time. Ray worked as a union stagehand, helping set up concerts and events.
Both had steady jobs, but both knew they wanted something that gave them more control over their time and future. That search eventually led them to a side of real estate they had never been exposed to before: vacant land.
What they discovered felt hidden in plain sight. While most of the real estate world focused on houses, renovations, tenants, and traditional investing, land offered a completely different way to approach real estate. That discovery became the beginning of Acre Boyzz.

Jay and Ray started small, learning the business one property and one transaction at a time.
Their early experience included finding inexpensive parcels through tax deed opportunities, researching properties remotely, and learning how to evaluate land without relying on the traditional house-flipping model. As their knowledge grew, so did the size and complexity of the deals they worked on.
They eventually expanded into direct-to-owner acquisitions and completed hundreds of land transactions, including the acquisition of a 260-acre property.
More importantly, they realized there was an entire asset class that many people had never been taught to understand.

As more people began asking how they were finding, evaluating, and acquiring land, Acre Boyzz evolved from their own investing journey into an education and coaching platform. The goal became simple: take what they had learned through real transactions and organize it into a system that others could understand step by step.
Over time, that education grew to cover land research, zoning, utilities, county research, tax deed basics, direct-to-owner strategies, property evaluation, contracts, templates, and the process of learning how to approach land transactions remotely.
What started as hands-on experience gradually became a structured learning system designed to make land investing easier to understand and less overwhelming for people who are just getting started.
